Orcutt Would Be the 3rd Largest City in Santa Barbara County

If Orcutt were a City it would be the 3rd largest city in Santa Barbara County. Orcutt was established in 1904 and is one of the largest unincorporated areas in the State of California. Six out of the eight cities in S.B. County have a smaller population than the unincorporated area of Orcutt, California.
